Each order at Lilith’s Collective is prepared with care, intention, and a little magic. Because of the nature of our items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless a mistake was made on our end. If something arrives incorrect or damaged due to an error in packing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, sizing issues, delayed carrier delivery, preorders, handmade items, or curated experiences such as Blind Date With a Book.

Please understand that small variations in color, print placement, or packaging are part of the charm of handmade and curated goods and are not considered flaws.
