We’re so excited to send a little magic your way. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing Times
Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare your order before it ships. This does not include transit time.
Shirt and apparel orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Book orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
Book boxes are processed within 30 business days, as each box is thoughtfully curated and packed.
Preorder items are processed within 30–45 business days from the preorder close date, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Handmade items are also processed within 30–45 business days, as they are created with care just for you. Specific timelines will be noted if different.
Blind Date With a Book Orders
Our Blind Date With a Book experiences are thoughtfully curated just for you. Please allow 30 business days for processing, as each order is hand-selected, wrapped, and prepared with care.
Because these are customized experiences, processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or special launches.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders, though delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Lilith’s Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
